Click here for Retail Locations & Hours Q: Is there a guarantee on your products? A: All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship or from shipping damage. The warranties on these products do not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse of the products. All details of your warranties are delineated on your invoice. Q: How much assembly is required? A: This is RTA furniture. (Ready to be Assembled). Few products are as simple to assemble as these. Directions are clear and an allen head tool is provided. Arrangements can be made to have your furniture assembled as well. Please contact us for details. Q: What is your return policy? A: Futon Furniture Center guarantees 100% satisfaction on all products!!! If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 10 days to return the item to Futon Furniture Center in new condition and original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 15% re-stocking fee.

Q: How do you ship and what are the shipping charges? A: We find the most convenient and least expensive way to ship products to our customers. Depending on the weight, size and destination, shipping charges will vary. Whenever possible we use UPS or FedEx; in cases of oversized items we use a common carrier trucking service. A: Our shipping cartons are specially designed for the rigors of cross country shipping. That means the chance of damage is minimal. If you do have damage we will ship you a replacement part ASAP, at no charge. You may accept products from the shipping company even if they appear damaged. We will send you a replacement part next business day. You do not have to file a freight claim with anyone but us. We have the parts in stock to make it right.
